Removing Your Mental Barriers
Believe in what you are truly capable of. You can aspire to a greater level of good. Your beliefs are your tools to receiving the things that you want. Notice how when you really put all of your energy in to what you want how you seem to always receive it. These beliefs may be conscious or unconscious, but can not be relinquished without becoming conscious. Habits are formed and run by our unconscious mind. And what dictates our unconscious mind? Our beliefs. So if you have habits or results in your life you do not like, you can change your beliefs and thoughts. Today if you think principles are universal, shouldn't they apply to you too? Your values are your single most important asset. Treat them seriously, and they'll take care of you. The line drawn between your list of values and universal principles represents the shortest distance to your ultimate satisfaction and happiness. people hate thinking about there internal belief system. Yours is short and conditioned to give you all that you'll ever need. May be you deserve to know what Possible. If you believe in yourself. Before you claim any value as your own, stack it against the ethical, universal principles that are true to all human beings. Keep only those that match with what you really believe in. I'm wondering if you could give advise, as it appear to have some sort of mental block that stopping me from progressing with my fears with security and procrastination. It reasonable to ask, what holding me back, I myself am holding me back from my greatest dreams. It seem funny but in time you will understand. You are the only things that you've own in your life. Make yourself proud with your possession. We have all been conditioned to believe that we must have a plan and take action to move forward. Unfortunately this approach has left most people broken and confused. The only way to ever get what you want in life is by setting goals. The Law of Attraction states that you will attract to yourself those experiences that match your beliefs. These beliefs create your experience of reality. What if these beliefs are in opposition to what you're actually trying to accomplish? What if they no longer serve you? Would it not be useful to eliminate these limiting beliefs? After all, most people have accepted these beliefs as true and don't want to hear anything that might contradict what they believe is true. Whenever you have a repeating problem in some area of your life, then that is where you have a false or limiting belief. It's not important where it came from, you just want to be rid of it, so you can experience your ideal life. To make lasting changes you must identify your unconscious blocks and clear them at their core. This requires effort, commitment, consistency and patience. Would it not be easier to take a pill? You have two choices here. You can identify your unconscious beliefs and release them, or learn to recognize the symptoms of accepting this limiting belief and change your thoughts. You can also do a combination of the two. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Your attitudes will identify your false beliefs toward the felling that you have about people, things, the house you live in. If you are ready to go deeper and deal with your unconscious blocks and live the life you truly deserve. One way to free yourself of a negative belief would be to write it on a piece of paper to express your true feeling. write a negative thoughts that you are experiencing on one sheet of paper. On another piece of paper write your positive affirmation about why it good you can have what You thought negative about, add other affirmations, such as "I am worthy of prosperity" and Money flows easily to me. Repeat these affirmations aloud 9 times a day for 21 days. This is the length of time it takes to reprogram your instinctive mind, where these beliefs are stored. You want to make a change in your life, Until you change your thoughts you will always be fighting a battle that will beat you back as long as you allow yourself to think negatively about having the goal you are working to obtain. You dare to dream, you have to awaken the inner strength that lies with in you. To achieve what you want stop repelling it with negative thoughts. Half hearted believing that you deserve to accomplish what you desire. What you are entitle to from the destiny when you were place on this earth. There are cardinal factors that keep one from making changes as they arrive, fear, Security, procrastination. The fear of making a change to loose the security that you have and procrastinating putting it off until some day when you have more, time, money, experience, etc. Making changes are part of life cycle of growth.
